I'm appreciative that the school recognizes my past experience and is helping to fast track me up to where I need to be as fast as my old body will let me.
This is my 3rd week of training and my 3rd formal Kang Duk Won beginners class.
I'm just a couple of check marks away from being ready testing from my Yellow belt. Hopefully I'm only about a month out from testing for Yellow.
My body is far less sore and I'm able to pace myself with an appropriate amount of intensity while still making the moves look good and not lazy.
