Our free sparring sessions mainly focus on the sport of "Point Fighting". I do a little bit of everything.
This is my 3rd sparring session since my return to training. I always feel confident in the ring, probably a little over confident right now but I'm OK with that.
I can feel me speed coming back and I'm far less winded.
I'm quickly getting to know the new older me and how hard and fast I can go. I'm getting better every week. So is my opponent. ;-)
